clippy fixes
I would like to know if there's a way (option) to get rid of the (Windows style ?) "double line break" on UNIX based systems. I saw the performance gain from lolcat to dotacat which is obvious, but using it from another program would lead to parse the output, and then replace the double line breaks with simple ones... which is not very optimized eg (sould have both programs installed, like apt install lolcat on Linux) :
dotacat --help > test.txt
and then, compare
dotacat test.txt
with
lolcat test.txt
You'll see that dotacat is outputing "double line breaks"...
Happy to help!
Hi @stephen Thank YOU very much, it's fixed V3 is perfect
Turns out I was using an older version of dotacat by mistake. How embarrassing!
I just pushed up a bunch of changes (mainly code changes and upgrading some dependencies) and I also fixed this bug. Let me know if it's fixed (I published a new version on crates.io) and I'll close this.
Thanks for your bug report!
Hello @stephen ! Thank you for the quick response in your opinion Is that a specific debian based issue ?
I'm also on a Unix-based system (Arch Linux) and I'm not able to reproduce this. The output from each one looks identical.
